NO credit will be given for golf clubs if they have any of the following features:
Clubs that are not received in the condition category submitted will be subjected to poor condition price evaluation. Please view our condition scale to better clarify the condition category of your item(s). Shop wear will not qualify for new pricing. Our new price category is 100% brand new without a single mark on the club(s).
Wedges with rust on the club face will not be accepted.
Clubs that have sky marks, dings, dents, or rattles will not be accepted.
TOUR GOLF EXCHANGE will not accept any non factory installed shafts.
Incomplete sets or clubs that do not match will not be accepted.
Iron Sets that do not have at least 5 consecutive clubs will not be accepted.
Returns of clubs must be issued a return authorization number before returns are accepted. Please contact us with any return requests. We accept returns 10 days from purchase. Clubs must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on any Scotty Cameron items. No cancellation policy. Return rules will be applied to orders that customer wishes to cancel.
Never been hit. Ever! This literally means brand spanking new. Never seen a ball, course, or the range.
Maybe you got a little frustrated? Took out a tee marker? Lets just say more wear and tear than most clubs, but still playable.

Q:How and when does the club seller get paid?
A:We aim to get you paid as quickly as possible. Depending upon the payment method selected TOUR GOLF EXCHANGE processes payment within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting golf clubs.
Q:What if my clubs are not on the list?
A: We understand that not every club manufactured has made it on to our Value Guide. Please email us at email@example.com, so we can give you a quote.
Q: Do you buy tour issued golf clubs or upgraded shafts?
A: Absolutely! Email us for a quote.
Q: Who pays the shipping charges?
A: We do! We offer a free shipping label for shipments over $100.
Q: Do you purchase clubs outside the United States?
A: Of course! Email us for a quote.
Q:What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns 10 days from purchase. Clubs must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on any Scotty Cameron items.
Q: Are your clubs new or used?
A: Both. We sell pre-owned golf clubs but also offer many brand new items. All new items are specified as new.
Q: The loft on a driver photo doesn't match the description. How do I know which is correct?
A: The first product photo for every product is the stock product photo. All others photos are of the actual item in inventory, and will be the club you are purchasing.
